Oh my gosh!!! I fainted for the first time in my life this morning! All I did was stand up and stretch and I felt my legs buckle and then I don’t remember anything after that. I woke up and my face and my lips were all tingly. Then I looked at the clock and I saw that I’ve been laying on the floor, unconscious for 5 minutes! Once I realized what had happened, I started crying…. It was so scary!!

My husband says that it’s because my body is too weak because I haven’t exercised in such a long time… So we decide to go jogging every Tuesday and Thursday.

I really hope this doesn’t happen again.
